Media Strategist with Hispanic expertise – is a strategic business partner and at the heart of our business. Day to day activities include:
- Expert on Hispanic/Latino” industry trends
- Loves and is fascinated by media forms: digs into why the target Hispanic consumer buys products, multiple industries and across categories; aligns media strategies with client sales/marketing goals and objectives. Act as an expert on industry trends, marketplace dynamics, best practices, cross platform solutions, etc.
- Attend new business client meeting as Hispanic media marketing expert, driving needs analyses and strategic marketing proposals for the client.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Fluent in both English and Spanish.
- Expert on Hispanic/Latino” industry trends, technology use and media industry trends
- In-depth knowledge of media forms; demonstrated minimum of 5 years of agency/client experience in media required.
- Strong understanding of integrated advertising, experience across print, OOH, broadcast, print, interactive, etc. Expertise in multiple industry categories, such as CPG, Retail, Food, Travel, etc.
- Demonstrated media strategic planning: understanding of branding; consumer decision making process; develop enhanced customer contact strategies, negotiate and set goals to measure impact of tactical activities, adjust marketing strategies to meet changing market conditions, conduct analysis to identify trends, markets, product offerings and tactics that will increase effectiveness and client revenue.
- In-depth knowledge of major media marketing analysis and reporting programs, such as MRI, Simmons and Scarborough, MediaBank, etc.
- Demonstrated experience and ability to change direction to adapt to client’s changing needs.
- Demonstrated superior listening, creative problem resolution skills. Well-developed communication, relationship-building, & strategic networking skills.
- Foster and maintain relationships with media suppliers to stay current on industry trends, ensure maximum leverage in rate negotiations, and development of new products, markets and strategic partnerships.
- Strong negotiation skills.

- Terrific presentation and persuasive writing skills; passion for media.

- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities well, while paying strong attention to detail and in a fast paced environment.
